Each Kitakaturi piece is handcrafted with love, creating truly one-of-a-kind jewelry. This means your piece might have slight variations from the website images, and natural stones may exhibit subtle shade differences. These unique characteristics are an inherent part of the charm and artistry of handmade jewelry, not defects.
Before You Order:
We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully. Descriptions highlight any potential variations and include precise size details to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Exchanges and Returns
At Kitakaturi, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Due to the unique and often custom nature of our handcrafted jewelry, we accept exchanges or returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping. We do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons of dissatisfaction or change of mind.
Manufacturing Defect or Shipping Damage:
Before your parcel leaves our studio, it undergoes a thorough quality control inspection. In the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your order by emailing hello@kitakaturi.com. In your email, please describe the issue and include clear photographs to help us assess the damage or defect.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will conduct a stringent quality check. If the defect or damage is confirmed, we will send you an email confirming that the return has been accepted. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition (aside from the reported defect/damage) and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Please note: The cost of return shipping for international orders will be borne by the customer.
Once your return is accepted, we will manufacture the same item and send it to you within 18-20 working days, or issue a credit note towards a future purchase, at our discretion.
We've Got You Covered (For Repairs):
We offer repair services for all Kitakaturi jewelry, including repolishing, to help maintain the beauty of your cherished pieces. For a repair estimate, please email hello@kitakaturi.com. Please note that repair costs and associated shipping are your responsibility.
What's Not Covered:
This policy does not cover accidental damage, loss, or wear-and-tear resulting from normal use. We also do not offer express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, quality, description accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose beyond the scope of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
